Description: All Levels (101+) Explore different levels of movements grips turns and spins. Included in specific stretches and conditioning for proper pole progression. Combine skills with a bit of choreography & flow!
Dance It Out: June 8th @ 12P
Description: All Levels (Beg/Int) Bring together floorwork dance spins and tricks add some rocking music a little style and BOOM you have a routine workout and great training tool to link mind & body! This Workshop has EVERYTHING including strength cardio and flow!
