Dynamic movements and acro-poses can add a sultry flair or simply be the piece in a puzzle for a full routine. Come hang with Gizmo to learn some of her favorite signature floor tricks! Whether you’re learning to back roll or a fish flop pro, this 60 minute intensive will focus on all things “trick” in floorwork. All-levels!
